Typesetter

Athens, Attiki, Greece | On-site | Full-time

The opportunity

Our commitment to excellence and innovation has fueled our growth, and we are now looking for a highly organized and proactive Typesetter to join our team.

In this role, you will be co-working with editors and graphics designers in order to style texts and illustrations making sure typefaces, point size, line length, leading, and other elements of typographic design have been used according to the specifications of each project.

Key Responsibilities

• Typesetting, formatting and correcting text in adobe InDesign according to each book title
• Work with the editorial and graphics teams to ensure that the final product meets their expectations
• Typesetting in word documents
• Converting already existing books from Quark to InDesign.
• Ability to lead a team as well as coordinate with other departments
• Assist in admin support

Skills & Qualifications

• A degree in graphic design, art, or similar discipline
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop will be considered an asset
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Adobe Reader
• Fluent in the English language
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to spot spelling, grammar and punctuation errors
• Proven work experience as a typesetter
• Fast typing skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team and support our purchasing and printing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that stock levels and printing materials meet production needs efficiently, sustainably, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and forecast demand for printing materials based on production schedules and sales projections.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely purchases to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Collaborate closely with the Production, Purchasing, and Logistics teams to align stock availability with printing timelines.
• Analyze usage data, supplier performance and lead times to optimize order quantities.
• Prepare regular reports on stock levels, consumption trends and upcoming printing requirements.
• Support planning for large print runs, new product launches and reprints.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in demand planning, supply chain management or a related field (preferably in publishing, printing, or manufacturing).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent command of Excel and data management tools.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).

We are looking for a passionate Editor. This position requires creative, observant people with a background in English language education. You will collaborate with our authors and the management of the Editing team to ensure that all content is well-organized, error-free, and clearly written.

Key Responsibilities:

As an ELT Editor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the linguistic quality, clarity, and pedagogical effectiveness of our educational materials. Your tasks will include:

• Reviewing and editing ELT content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and appropriateness for learners
• Proofreading manuscripts at all stages of development (print and digital)
• Collaborating with authors and editorial staff to refine structure, style, and tone
• Ensuring all texts follow established ELT methodology and learning objectives
• Checking exercises and activities for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with language level

Required Qualifications:
