We offer you 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to let us know that you wish to return an item. All you need to do is fill in this return form and send it back to us via email or post. The product must be sent within 14 calendar days from the day you submit the return form. Don’t forget to include the receipt or proof of purchase in the return package.
The shipping costs are non-refundable and we do not cover the shipping costs of the return.
Great news! Any product can be returned, but it must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. In the case of digital products, please read the next question.
As you may know, our digital products (i.e. DigiBooks applications and/or downloadable ieBooks and/or Interactive Whiteboard Software) are delivered in the form of an activation code or a serial number. Please, note that in order to process the return of your digital products, the activation codes and/or serial numbers should not have been used to download or activate any digital material. We will happily issue you a refund, provided you notify us within 14 days of the purchase date at email@example.com. Our tech team will be verifying whether the above conditions are met before issuing the refund and you will be notified accordingly.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If the condition of the returned item is approved, we will issue a refund, minus the shipping fees.
We try to ensure that customers receive refunds within 14 working days of the delivery of the returned product. Delays may occur depending on your card issuer's policies.
Worry not! In the unfortunate event of a company or product error, we will cover all the shipping costs associated with the return and replacement of the order.
Rest assured that we try our best to ensure your shipment is received in a timely manner. We have partnered with the courier company DHL to deliver your packages between 3-5 working days. After the completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order is dispatched, you will receive the tracking number and information regarding the courier company via email. We offer free shipping on orders over €60! For a detailed list of the shipping cost per country, please refer to our Shipping & Delivery charges. If you are located in a remote area not served by a courier, Express Publishing reserves the right to apply a surcharge of €15.00 to cover additional shipping costs. If you refuse to pay this charge, Express Publishing will cancel the order and refund any amount already paid. Please note that all orders shipped to countries outside the EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees taxed by the destination country. As all these charges may differ from country to country and cannot be accurately predicted, Express Publishing does not cover such costs. For further information regarding the Custom Clearance policy in each country, you are advised to contact your local Customs Office.

Our e-shop provides you with the option of viewing our products and your orders in currencies such as dollars ($) or pounds sterling (£), but you will be charged exclusively in euro (€). This is why, even if you have selected a different currency, the amount you will be charged will be converted to euros (€) in your shopping basket at the final step of the purchasing process. Your bank may potentially charge a small commission for the currency conversion, as the final purchase must be completed in euro (€), a transaction to which you are explicitly agreeing to upon finalising and submitting your order.
