Via ACS Courier

We partner with ACS Courier to ensure that your orders are delivered within 1-2 business days. After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and details about the courier service. Remember to check your spam folder! Shipping is free of charge.

Via BOX NOW Lockers

We partner with BOX NOW Lockers, allowing you to easily and quickly pick up your orders from Automated Parcel Pickup Points at any time of the day! The steps to pick up your order via BOX NOW are simple:

1. During checkout, select "BOX NOW" as your order’s shipment method and choose the locker that is most convenient for you.
2. When your order is delivered, you will receive a text message with a 6-digit code that opens the parcel locker.
3. Pick up your order anytime, within 48 hours of receiving the notification message.

Shipment to BOX NOW Lockers is available for orders up to 20kg. The service fee is €2, but you are eligible for free shipping on orders over €60.

We always strive for unique customer service. That is why we do our best for you to receive your order within 1-2 business days following receipt of payment.

The delivery of our products may be delayed during public holidays and due to exceptional circumstances.

We offer free shipping on all orders!

If you are located in a remote area not served by a courier, Express Publishing reserves the right to apply a surcharge of €15.00 to cover additional shipping costs. If you refuse to pay this charge, Express Publishing will cancel the order and refund any amount already paid. Please note that all orders shipped to countries outside the EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees taxed by the destination country.

If you wish to return your order, fill out the Returns Form and send it along with the product or products you would like to return within 14 days after delivery.

We support four different means of payment so that you can choose what fits you best!

1. Payment via VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD & DINERS from any bank.

We support VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD & DINERS. The charge on your credit card is made through EUROBANK Security System (SSL 128-bit encryption). To complete your purchase, you are transferred to the Eurobank’s secure page so that no sensitive personal data or credit card details are stored in Express Publishing’s system.

Once you have deposited the amount, please email finance@expresspublishing.co.uk a copy of your deposit slip, in order to accelerate the process of your order. You will also receive these details in the order confirmation email.

Alternatively, choose to deposit the order amount through the IRIS payment system. Detailed instructions follow:

Use QR Code
Go to Mobile Banking: Open your bank's mobile banking app and navigate to the IRIS payments section.
Scan the QR Code: Scan the provided QR code to initiate the payment.
Complete the Payment: Follow the prompts to complete the payment within your bank's app.
Automatic Redirection: After completing the payment, you will be automatically redirected to the merchant's website.
Or Select Your Bank
Choose Your Bank: Select your bank from the options provided to be automatically redirected to the secure mobile banking environment of your bank.
Complete the Payment
Complete the payment by transferring the credit from your bank account.

Spread the cost of your purchase into 3 interest-free installments. The first payment is made at the time of purchase, and the remaining two installments are automatically scheduled every 30 days.

Our e-shop provides you with the option of viewing our products and your orders in currencies such as dollars ($) or pounds sterling (£), but you will be charged exclusively in euro (€). This is why, even if you have selected a different currency, the amount you will be charged will be converted to euros (€) in your shopping basket at the final step of the purchasing process. Your bank may potentially charge a small commission for the currency conversion, as the final purchase must be completed in euro (€), a transaction to which you are explicitly agreeing to upon finalising and submitting your order.

When you reach the Checkout page, under the total cost of your order there is a field named ‘Coupon code’.
Enter your coupon code into the corresponding field and click ‘Apply’ to apply the discount. Don’t forget to click the button because otherwise, the coupon will not be valid.
