Commenting on... Blockbuster 4
Browsing through "Blockbuster 4" one thought came to my mind: "What a completion in a series that came to steal our hearts".
The reasons? Numerous!
First and foremost, modularized learning and adherence to the principles of the CEF even to the latest one that of "Green Issues" by the incorporation of the "Think Green" chapter at the end of each module which aims at sensitizing students towards saving the planet.
To continue, implicit and explicit training of students and teachers alike in the use of strategies which very intelligently permeate every single task.
Even more, simultaneous cultivation of all four skills and systematic exposure to a variety of essay plans through the Portfolio.
Preparation for all exams via exam type exercises especially designed for that purpose.
Browsing through "Blockbuster 4" one thought came to my mind: "What a completion in a series that came to steal our hearts".
We should not forget the "Cultural Corners" which foster the multiculturality component as well as the "Curricular Cuts" which have become part and parcel of our educational reality.
Last but not least, the beautiful illustrations, the everyday English (no longer bookish), the games and jokes not only promote incidental learning but also help us teachers finish our lesson on a high note.
So, what more can somebody ask for?
You, in Express, are pioneers. You have reached the top, no doubt. You have but one obligation, though... Remain there!
