Brand Manager 

Athens, Attiki, Greece | Hybrid | Full-time

The opportunity

We are looking for a proactive and organized Brand Manager to help bring our educational products to life through effective marketing campaigns and product launches across international markets.

Reporting to the Brand & Marketing Director, you will coordinate marketing activities for an assigned product portfolio, contribute to brand planning, and turn approved plans into well-executed campaigns. You will work closely with Creative, Digital, Communication, Sales and Publishing colleagues to deliver relevant, consistent and engaging marketing materials.

This role is suited to a marketing professional with around three years of relevant experience who is ready to take greater responsibility for campaign delivery while developing their brand and product marketing expertise.

What You Will Do

Brand & Product Marketing

• Contribute to annual marketing plans through market research, competitor analysis and customer insights.
• Coordinate the delivery of approved marketing activities for your assigned product portfolio, with guidance from the Brand & Marketing Director.
• Support product launches by preparing launch schedules, coordinating materials and following up on key milestones.
• Help translate product features and benefits into clear messages for different audiences and markets.

Campaign Planning & Delivery

• Prepare campaign briefs with clear objectives, target audiences, deliverables and timelines.
• Work with Creative, Digital and Communication teams to develop and adapt materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate feedback and approvals, track progress and raise potential delays early.
• Work with Sales and Publishing colleagues to ensure that campaigns reflect product priorities and market needs.

Insights & Performance

• Monitor relevant market trends, competitor activity and feedback from customers and commercial teams.
• Track agreed campaign metrics and prepare clear reports highlighting results, learnings and recommended improvements.
• Maintain an up-to-date marketing calendar and project trackers to support team planning and visibility.

What You Will Bring

• 3+ years of experience in brand management, product marketing or a related marketing role
• Α degree in Marketing
• Practical experience coordinating campaigns or supporting product launches
• A good understanding of brand positioning, target audiences and integrated marketing communication
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage several projects
• Confidence working with data to interpret campaign results and draw practical conclusions
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience in education, publishing or an international business environment would be an asset

In this dynamic environment, we are looking for a self-driven Editor to join our Editing team in Athens.

Key Responsibilities:

As an ELT Editor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the linguistic quality, clarity, and pedagogical effectiveness of our educational materials. Your tasks will include:

• Reviewing and editing ELT content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and appropriateness for learners
• Proofreading manuscripts at all stages of development (print and digital)
• Collaborating with authors and editorial staff to refine structure, style, and tone
• Ensuring all texts follow established ELT methodology and learning objectives
• Checking exercises and activities for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with language level
• Liaising with typesetters and designers to ensure final layout quality
• Contributing to content development and improvement where needed

Required Qualifications:

We are looking for a language-focused individual who has:

• A university degree in English Language, English Literature, English Philology, or a related field
• Native speaker or excellent command of written English and a solid understanding of ELT methodologies
• 2+ years proven work experience in publishing sector as an Editor
• Strong proofreading and editing skills with a sharp eye for detail
